I am working on an adapter to use a GM T-56 6-SPEED transmission on a 1jzgte , 2jzgte , as well as the 1UZFE. I would like to see if anyone else would be interested. I would offer complete swap kits to install a 1J , 2J to start with, in a s13 and s14. The kit would include the following: 1J / 2J Adapter plate, Slave cylinder, Special throw out bearing, New pilot bearing, Alignment tool, Plug and play wiring harness from the 1J / 2J to both s chassis , Motor mounts, Transmission mount, Drive shaft and possibly mounts for the rad as well. If you may be interested send me a E-mail. when you order the kit you will have to specify what chassis you have.No idea on prices yet, just seeing if there is any interest in these kits. The adapter plate and clutch parts needed to install the T-56 will also be sold separately. So you will have a couple options.I will also Be offering a manual conversion package for the sc400 to use the GM T-56 as well.
